At Pipeline Malasadas™ , we want every bite of our malasadas to be perfect!
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we cannot accept returns once anorder is placed or picked up. Fillings are custard based and should be consumedwithin the hour for best results. They are not meant to travel for hours and consumedhours later. However, if you experience any of the following issues, we’ll make it right:Incorrect items in your orderDamaged or defective itemsOnline orders that are paid in advance and not picked up are not eligible for a refund. Please make sure to pick up your order during the scheduled time.

We will work with you to provide either a replacement, store credit, or, in rare cases, a refund.

Delivery or Shipping Orders
For orders that are delivered or shipped, we can only offer replacements or refunds ifthe product arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect. Please notify us immediately with photos if possible.
