At Pipeline Malasadas™, we aim to serve fresh, high-quality food quickly and accurately. If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know right away so we can make it right.

Order Accuracy & Quality
- If you receive the wrong item or your food is prepared incorrectly, please notify our staff before leaving the restaurant or within 30 minutes of pickup/delivery.
- We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for verified issues related to order accuracy or food quality.we want every bite of our malasadas to be perfect!

Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Cash refunds may require manager approval.
- ID and phone number will be required for refunds
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items
- Partially consumed food
is not eligible for a refund unless there is a verified preparation error.
- Change-of-mind purchases are not refundable.
- Custom or special-request orders may not be eligible for refunds.

Third-Party Orders
- Orders placed through third-party delivery apps must be handled directly through that platform’s customer support and refund policies.
