What are your hours of operation?
We are open:
Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Hours may vary on holidays.
Do I have to order ahead?
No. You are welcome to walk in and order in person. Since we make them to order, there may be a wait from 2 - 15 minutes. Can I place a custom or bulk order?
Absolutely! We take custom orders for parties, corporate events, birthdays, and more. Please email us at aloha@pipelinemalasadas.com at least 48 hours in advance.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we partner with Uber Eats for delivery. For large or corporate orders, please contact us directly.
Do you offer catering services?
Yes, our catering includes assorted large boxes of malasadas that can be picked up. Contact us to learn more or to get a quote.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan donuts?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
What food allergens are in Pipeline Malasadas™?
Our malasada dough contains gluten and dairy. No nuts are in the malasada dough. Various fillings may contain nuts.
What type of oil do you fry your malasadas in?
Our malasadas are fried in 100% pure canola oil
How long will Pipeline Malasadas™ last?
Our made to malasadas are best eaten fresh out of the fryer. However, any of our sugar only malasadas will last for two days at room temperature. Filled malasadas should be consumed within the hour since they do contain dairy.
What is the best way to transport Pipeline Malasadas™ if I’m traveling out of state?
Our malasadas best eaten when fresh and warm out of the fryer. If you are traveling out of state, be sure to get them unfilled with sugar only and they will last 2 days. We do not recommend traveling with filled malasadas.
What’s the best way to store Pipeline Malasadas™?
Sugared only malasadas should be kept at room temperature for up to two days.
What’s the best way to reheat Pipeline Malasadas™?
Sugared only malasadas are best reheated in an air fryer at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Do not reheat filled malasadas.
Are your malasadas made fresh daily?
Yes! All of our malasadas are handmade using high-quality ingredients. They are fried to order and sugared and/or filled on demand.
Do you have coffee or other beverages?
We sure do. We offer fresh-brewed 100% Hawaiian coffee that was paired specifically for our malasadas by Rusty’s Hawaiian Coffee on the Big Island of Hawai’i. We also have cold brew liliko’i iced tea and a variety of Hawaiian Sun fruit juices.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have ample parking in our shopping plaza
Do you have seating available?
We have a small bench inside and outside of our location and a bar top for quick stand up eating. Unfortunately, we do not have any tables and chair seatings.

Yes! We offer physical and digital gift cards in any amount. Just ask in-store or purchase online at here:
